Decided to try these as after suffering from digestive issues, possibly leaky gut. After taking two pills a day I felt massively better after only 4 days. I take one pill a day and now also eat lots of natural yoghurt to a strengthen my gut biome. Personally I think my poor diet and a stressful job killed off my healthy gut bacteria and now these pills help top it up. Had issues with my thyroid too that have also seemed to improve when taking the pills.

I bought another brand which worked very well after antibiotics for cystitis and BV. However, they were quite expensive so I did some research. These have the same strains of friendly bacteria with a couple of extra ones. They rebalance the gut bacteria and resolve digestive issues. This helps prevent BV and cystitis too. I will continue to by these because I am so pleased with them.
