I was honestly skeptical, but this remover actually worked really well on my gel polish. I included before, during, and after photos because the gel literally started bubbling up and lifting within minutes after application. The key is definitely filing off the shiny top coat first or it won’t penetrate properly. The removal process was much faster than soaking in acetone, and most of the polish scraped off pretty easily without aggressive scraping or peeling. My nails looked a little dry/chalky immediately after, but after washing and adding cuticle oil they felt fine and not badly damaged. A few important things: - Avoid getting it on your skin because it does sting/burn. - Apply carefully in thin coats. - Some stubborn spots may need a second application. Overall, I’m impressed with how quickly it removed the gel polish at home and saved me a salon trip.

Very pleased with this little kit. We’ve all had that moment where you need to get the gel polish off your nails and you can’t get to a salon. Mine are starting to break and I have to let them repair themselves for a while. As stated, you file off the top coat, put a few coats of the remover on and wait about 5 minutes. You can literally watch it lift and curl. The salon quality metal cuticle tools are all you need to gently remove the gel. Just don’t get it on your skin. It burns, so apply with caution. My nails were left smooth and bare. No ugly ridges or leftover sticky gel. Recommend.

Works great and fast if you follow the instructions. First file the top coat, I used a drill for big areas and a nail file for the cuticle area. Then I applied 2 coats of the remover to all nails in one hand and waited a couple of minutes. I then scraped it softly with a tool for pushing cuticles back, but be careful because it stings and burns the skin if it touches it. So on te rest of the nails I wiped off the remover with a paper towel before scraping and problem solved. I applied another coat to any stubborn spots. It took me overall like 15 minutes to remove the cat eye gel polish and it didn’t damage my nails!

Works great. Had to use a few times on each nail. Be careful getting on skin. Didn't leave marks but did sting a bit. Love this stuff.

Works good! Does take a couple coats but, well worth it for saving a trip to the salon.

Be careful. Very strong and can irritate the skin easily but definitely removes gel.

I carefully read most reviews before buying this product, and ultimately decided to try it for myself... Here's exactly what happened. I used my nail drill to buff off my top coat and gel paint. I mainly left behind the thin layer of builder gel that has been on my nail for almost 3 weeks. I was very careful NOT to get any of this on my skin because of what others said about the burning. I started applying onto my nails... and within 30s my nails were ON FIRE! The chemical reaction was so strong, my nails felt like they had been dipped in acid! HOWEVER, I fought through the pain because I needed to get the gel off... 10 minutes pass, and my nails look a little fuzzy, but Nothing like how it was supposed. So I use the provided tool to try to start scraping the gel off, and it's still hard as a rock. So I pushed through and applied yet ANOTHER layer of this stuff to see if it would work the second time. I endured the acid burning pain once again, and still NO results. At this point I was fed up and got a paper towel and tried to wash this stuff off as gently as I could because my nails were SO sensitive at this point! When I was washing, I noticed that my nails were completely coiled up and curving into my skin. They curved into the shape of a horseshoe, which I believe was causing so much pain. I heard that thinner nails can experience this due to the chemical reactions, but the pain of this was not worth it to ever do it again. I ended up settling for acetone to remove everything after my nails settled down. So 2 things. If you have naturally thin nails like me, be prepared for your nails too coil up and BURN! And maybe this would work better on straight gel nail polish, and NOT builder gel like I used. But I can confidently say that this did NOT WORK FOR ME

It worked quickly and removed all the polish. Easier than other methods.

Felt tingling sensation upon application. Followed the instruction but the nail gel polish (OPI) has not been removed. It didn’t do anything. The gel remover had a lumpy consistency.

This product is amazing took the polish off very quickly with no damage to the nail underneath. Best thing I have found for removing gel polish. Everything else takes forever, makes you soak your hands in chemicals leaving the skin super dry and damages the nail. Make sure you follow the instructions though cause if it touches your skin it burns, like ouch !
