I am excited to be writing this review. I waited until I finished the entire 28 day cleanse before leaving my honest feedback. I have been without my period/with an irregular period for a solid year. I went off the pill in July of 2020 & we are now in July of 2021. It has been a frustrating experience and now that I am TTC, I was desperate for help. The reviews of this product were good so I took a chance. I am excited to report that after completing the cleanse, I not only got my period but also confirmed ovulation and my body is already ramping up to my next ovulation as well. I have tried so many random vitamins & other things that haven't worked, so this was a relief!! I have also ordered the next step (Premama Fertility). So in other words - THIS PRODUCT WORKED FOR ME. 100% Now in terms of taste (where this product catches the most flack) - day 1-3 it certainly took some getting used to. It really did taste like bubble gum and wasn't the easiest to get down. But after day 3, I got used to it and it became easier. Towards the end I actually did not mind it at all. What made it easier is drinking it ICE ICE cold with lots of ice in your cup. For anyone experiencing the same issues I was experiencing, please take a chance on this product....it really does work and I am forever grateful.

This is my 2nd round! After dealing with menorrhagia and birth control for 14 years, I did some research and found this jewel. I swear by It!!!!This is liquid gold and is the best. I started using this because I wanted to go to a more holistic way of living and convert to a healthier lifestyle. This is definitely something to add to your “must haves” list. It is not thick at all. It has the same consistency as water. It has a berry taste which isn’t too bad. My only suggestion is to make sure It is mixed well...if not there will be a gritty taste. Other than that, it’s just about perfect.

I bought this product because I decided to see how I feel coming off of birth control, but still wanted something to regulate my period/hormones. I bought this knowing that some people complained about the taste, but I reassured myself that I could always find a way to make it taste better. I WAS WRONG. This is NOT berry flavored in the slightest. I have tried water and various juices to mask the taste.... only cranberry juice (not cocktail) can ever so slightly mask the sickeningly sweet taste. The flavor is like the sweetest bubble gum you've ever had (x10) + crushed up vitamins (some of which do not mix into any water/juice so they just fall to the bottom of the cup). The taste is so bad, in fact, that every time I even smell the powder, I immediately feel nauseous. Only 1 week in and it turns my bowels into a war zone/the taste makes me nauseous for an hour+ after. I'm not sure I can make it to the end of the month. Bottom line, if it works, would I keep using it? Absolutely not. It tastes AWFUL and there has to be something that I can do that doesn't make me sick (from the smell and taste). I'm upset that I wasted money on this product, which is not cheap, just to literally feel like I'm torturing myself every day. I do NOT recommend this product. Hopefully the PreMama changes this formula. Until then, I will not buy again. Pro: The packaging was nice.... thats literally the only pro.

Im not going to lie I was alil skeptical. But after reading the reviews I was like its no harm in trying. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the birth control cleanse. I was on birth control on and off for 11 years. I was having irregular periods and my doctor put me on birth control to help regulate my periods. I was on depo for 5 years took a couple years off then got on the pill. And I wanted to to get off birth control, so I started looking for cleanses so I could detox my body from the birth control. After a couple of weeks taking the cleanse I could tell alil difference in my body. Then I started having tenderness in my breast and I was like maybe my period is trying to come on. A couple days later my period did come on and I was sooo happy because this was my first period since I stopped taking my birth control pills. So I am happy with the results, its also a plus that it has a good taste. I have 3 days left. I will be doing the cleanse atleast 2 more times until I'm ready for the next step..

I began taking this on August 23rd, after throwing my pills away mid-pack. I confirmed ovulation on August 28 and was really excited about the quick results from that. I did not end up getting pregnant this month, but now I am dealing with only spotting and not a normal period. I am not completely done with the cleanse, as I have about 6 days left. But I don't feel like it has done what I was hoping it would, at this point. I have a suspicion that I am only getting spotting because my body is still trying to regulate from the pill. I definitely say it's worth a try, just because I ovulated so quickly after beginning it. Other than that, I can't really brag about it being a miracle cleanse, which is what I was hoping I could do.

First let me get flavor out of the way. This can be gritty and doesnt taste amazing. I mostly drink water and I'm sensitive to sugary drinks so it being bland wasnt an issue for me. I usually mix it with a more water than what is needed. It tastes like berry vitamin water, if that helps. On to whether or not it works. It does as far as I can tell. In the beginning of the year I got my last depo shot after being on it for 3 years. I was due for another shot in April and I skipped it. I knew my period wasnt going to come right away because I havent had a real period in about 2 years. But in the end of August I got some breakthrough bleeding, no big deal. But when September came it was like the flood gates had opened. It was heavy and irregular. But I started this powder in the middle of September and I'm almost finished now and I feel like it worked. My last period finished and my discharge went back to normal. No more spotting or breakthrough bleeds when I strain. I feel like my uterus is getting back on track. Would recommend for Depo cleanse. It can't remove the drugs from your system but it could possibly regulate your uterus after the birth control starts to wear off. Give it time and patience. I also lost all my Depo weight and can now exercise peacefully.

After having my son, I was on the depo for a year, then had the IUD for 5 years. I got my IUD removed 8 months ago and have been ttc for the past 6 months with no luck. My cousin recommended this cleanser for me, and honestly I was skeptical. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a shot. After taking the cleanser for 1 month.... to my surprise, I AM FINALLY PREGNANT!!!!!...... Now about the product..... I felt it was a bit pricey, but I decided to take the chance because I really wanted another child. Now that I got my results, the price is the last thing on my mind. The taste was a lil ehhh, but you kind of get used to it after a while. I used to drink it while I ate to mask the taste. This product comes with 28 packets and I took about 24 of the 28. I also took them with prenatal vitamins. For women that has come off of BC and ttc, I recommend this product to cleanse your system on your BC.

OKAY FIRST THING FIRST THE TASTE IS HORRIBLE WITH WATER! THE BEST THING TO ADD THIS TO IS SMOOTHIES FROM MC DONALDS or smoothy king you can also drink this with the Lipton PEACH TEA when I say you don’t even have to worry about the taste or be bother by the taste at all. Second thing I was drinking this with smoothie for two days and I did a peach Lipton tea on the third day the 2nd day I had little bit of spotting and cramps 3 rd day I saw a actual blood flow so it most definitely worked for me after 3 days this is awsome if you trying to get your cycle especially when getting off depo or any birthday control strongly recommend
