10/10 - we’ve had it for about a year now and the only real complaint is the obnoxious beeping noise when the battery is dying. The battery does last a good 12 hours though. There are tons of after market accessories for mounting - we used the one that wraps around the crib until our toddler realized she could mess with it, now we use the wall mounted one and it’s a game changer. The temperature reading always seems to be about 5 degrees higher than reality, but it’s good for a ballpark temp. We love it so much that we play on buying the dual camera version because we are expecting a second baby - really wish the unit was expandable so we could just buy a second camera. Video quality is very good, only degradation noticed is when you zoom in all the way on night vision but even then it’s good enough. The night light isn’t very bright, but that doesn’t matter for us. It does have sounds which are nice to have in a pinch though we use a separate sound machine usually. Sound level is perfect, loud enough to wake us up without disturbing the whole house. There is about a 1 second delay on the video and sound from camera to monitor. When you speak through the monitor to the camera it is slightly robotic and startled my daughter until she was about 15 months old.

This baby monitor exceeded my expectations. The video quality is very clear, and the screen size makes it easy to monitor both cameras at the same time. I really like the sound quality and how simple the setup process was. The connection stays stable, and the night vision works very well during nighttime. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can easily check on my children from anywhere in the house. Overall, it’s reliable, user friendly, and a great investment for parents.

This is a nice monitor for the price. I love that you can move the camera with the monitor screen. The video quality is really good. The reach is also really good - we were able to put the baby down for bed and walk up the street about 100 feet to set off fireworks for the 4th of July. I love that this is not on WiFi - makes me feel more comfortable as a mom that you cannot access the stream without the monitor.

This camera system is very convenient! I love that it does not use wifi so I am at ease knowing that only I can see my baby. It was easy to set up and use. It has a lot of great features like a nightlight, music and a way to talk to your baby. The picture and sound are very clear. The only parts that I dont like are the stand in the back doesn't hold up the unit at all. It is off center and the unit falls over unless it is propped up. That is very inconvenient. I also dont love how bright the monitor screen is. Even at its lowest setting it lights up my bedroom.

Love this monitor! It has a great battery life, is very portable, and seems to have pretty decent range (I can walk around outside our camper with the baby sleeping inside and it doesn't lose connection until I'm several feet away outside). The delay is very slight, it's almost like an echo when I hear baby cry and then hear baby on the monitor. It also works in a very dark room, and you can still see the baby. I'm very happy with the it!

If I could give this thing zero stars I would, I HATE IT. Its had battery issues since day one, so it has to be plugged in at all times or it won't work. We found that out one day when it died in the middle of the night so we have no idea how long our baby was crying. Now it's three AM and I'm so desperate to sleep, but this piece of garbage has suddenly died completely. Just a blank blue screen with no audio. If I could punch this thing into the sun I would!

Love this monitor. Great sound quality and video quality. Connectivity is great and never cuts out.

Bought a new monitor for my new baby so we wouldnt have problems. Baby was not 3 months old and it crapped out on me twice. Woke up hearing my baby faintly crying from his room and no audio, no visual, and no alerts from the display. Only thing that would get it working again was unplugging the camera in my son's room. I don't understand why the parent unit wouldnt even alert me when it lost connection like any cheap baby monitor will do!! After the second time this happened I contacted vtech to do a warranty claim. Wow they don't make it easy. I emailed filled out a form on their website. Nearly a week later they responded they couldn't help via email and to call. The agent I spoke with was robotic and unhelpful and after dealing with her she said she could only troubleshoot and I would need to submit for a replacement on the website! Talk about jumping through hoops to replace a defective unit!! Great battery life on the parent unit, great range, but if you want something you can rely on I cannot recommend this monitor or brand.

Deze babycamera werd mij aangeraden door vrienden. Het is echt een game-changer voor ouders die hun kleintje veilig en rustig willen laten slapen, terwijl ze tegelijkertijd een oogje in het zeil houden. De installatie was super eenvoudig. Wat ik vooral waardeer is de heldere beeldkwaliteit, zelfs in het donker. Zo kan ik de baby goed in de gaten houden, zelfs als het licht uit is. Het geluid is ook van goede kwaliteit, wat voor veel gemoedsrust zorgt. Een ander pluspunt is de tweerichtingscommunicatie. Het is zo fijn om tegen mijn baby te praten of zelfs een slaapliedje te zingen, zonder dat ik de kamer hoef in te gaan. Daarnaast is de camera stevig en voelt hij betrouwbaar aan, wat belangrijk is als het gaat om de veiligheid van je kind. Het is een uitstekende investering en ik zou het absoluut aanraden aan andere ouders! Ik ben ontzettend tevreden met de aankoop!
