KonaMesh Smoker Mats - Intended for GE Profile Indoor Smoker - Non-Stick Mesh Mats (Set of 3)

These mats are different from what I'd imagined, but they seem to work well enough. I originally thought that the core material might be soft silicone or sturdy metal, but it's neither. Instead, the construction appears to be nonstick-coated fiber filament, making the mesh semi-flexible (somewhat like enlarged screen-door material). It gets the job done, but questions about long-term durability come into my mind. Kona at least seems confident, given their 7-year warranty.In use, the mats are good for supporting food that might otherwise slip through or stick to the smoker's grates. Of course, any drippings pass through, so you'll still need to use the machine's catch tray. The mats are pre-cut close to the machine's inner dimensions, but I might trim the sides a little to avoid contact with the rack supports. Cleanup is straightforward in the dishwasher, but I do wonder about how many washings the fiber mesh and coating can take.

These are nice smoker rack mats. They are flexible and have a non-stick coating that makes them very easy to clean. They fit perfectly in my indoor smoker as advertised. Nice fix to prevent smaller food items from falling through. I'll be buying more.
