The one I'm currently taking is in a paste form. These are pills, and they are easy for me to take. Glutathione has a strange scent and sometimes a strange taste, and I noticed that when I smelled inside the bottle and took these. I was already aware of this, so it wasn't something I was surprised about. It wasn't something that really bothered me, and once I swallow them I don't have an aftertaste.
