It won't charge and doesn't start I got this for my mom as a gift and she can't even use it.

I had a Eufy that gave out so I decided to try VacTidy. However, I ended up disappointed. He kept getting stuck on a throw rug in my bedroom as well as under the edge of my refrigerator. Also he does not go home, he just goes until the battery is dead and then I would have to search for it. I also had it set a high suction but don't think it cleaned well at all. I am returning this vacuum and doing further research before I try another one. It does run quite compared to my Eufy before it died.

Poor quality did not measure up to the brands claim of performance. Did not respond to the remote control. Could never find the dock to recharge had to pick it up and carry it over. Easily stuck on the edge going from carpet to floor. Easily tangled over a cord that it should’ve gone over with no problem. Not worth the money return the day after delivery.

I’ve been using this vacuum for a few days now, and it’s been amazing. It smoothly navigates around my furniture and gets into tricky spots easily. The best part is it’s so quiet I don’t even notice it running. The battery lasts long enough for my whole house, and it automatically recharges when needed. It’s super easy to control through my phone or voice commands. This vacuum has definitely made cleaning a lot easier! for 5 seconds
