Very healthy product containing essential amino acids, better suited for sprinkling over food than for cooking with (can use regular soy sauce if you're going to boil it).An ethical company: only reason I don't give 5 stars is, the price has doubled, but that's not their fault, down to Brexit & the general geopolitical situation.

Fabulous - game changing condiment
