Easy to setup and does the job well
It is very easy to setup. It maps the area efficiently and does dry cleaning very well. Loved it. Its first day of use. I will update the review after few months of usage.

Fantastic robot hoover for the price
Great little hoover. App easy to use and shows mapping data. Did a great job cleaning out ground floor and then took itself back to the dock to charge. It's like having a new and super helpful member of the family!

It's an up n down relationship.
Well, chica is a lot like me. We have gone through some frustrations since our first meeting. She behaved impeccably for the first couple of weeks and then....madness. She kept dropping the brush during cleaning. She refused to go to certain areas going round and round in circles. I brushed the filter and still refused, cleaned the front and top sensors...Still refused. After receiving a msg stating that the drop sensors need cleaning my thought was "I've just done that"! So I contacted AI support. I didn't realise that there are 4 small sensors underneath chica. After cleaning them she behaved well again. As for mopping, I can only place the base on carpet. She drops her mops before she gets to the kitchen floor when I select that zone which means it wets my carpet which is ok but it means I have to clean the bottom plate in the base so as not to rub dirty water into my carpet before it arrives in in kitchen. After all these hiccups I really like chica. Being an oldie it has been a learning curve and it's nice to have my carpets hoovered every day. She does need a little looking after but rewards me with a mostly clean house. I've no regrets taking her into my home.

Faulty item and unacceptable customer service
I am extremely disappointed with both this product and the seller. The robot arrived on Saturday and has never worked, not even once. It was faulty straight out of the box. The seller asked me to remove the front panel of the base station and inspect the internal water pipes, claiming they may have become bent during transport. I followed all of their instructions, straightened the pipes, restarted the robot, and tested it again. Unfortunately, the problem remained exactly the same. After reporting that the troubleshooting had not resolved the fault, I requested a replacement. Instead of taking responsibility for sending a defective product, I waited four days only to be offered 10% of the purchase price. A 10% refund for a robot that has never worked is completely unacceptable. What am I supposed to do with a broken robot? I paid for a brand-new, working product, not one that needed dismantling on arrival and still didn’t function. I expected a replacement or a full refund, not an offer that fails to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend either this product or this seller based on my experience.

Love him!
Couldn’t be happier with this little guy; only had him a couple of days but I’m really impressed. Has great capacity and picked up fluff and cat hair even when I thought my floors were clean. Takes himself back to his charger to recharge when ready, even though I’d confused him by picking him up mid-vacuum. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and the price is the icing on the cake. Easy set up too and the app is brilliant. Also has spare brushes and a filter, as well as a remote control WITH batteries if you prefer not to use the app. Well done Lefant. Named Bob after Bob the scutter.

Okay on Hard Floors
This is the first robovac I've had so my comments may not be very informed. I bought it to see if these gadgets are just a gimmick or whether they can do something useful. The conclusion: not a gimmick but a bit more refinement is needed. I chose this Lefant M210P model because it's not expensive and doesn't try to do too much. Some of these mini vacs have tanks of water on board so they can mop the floor as well as picking up dust. That sounded good for trouble to me so I avoided those. Also, the variant I got came with a remote control which means you don't have to get involved with setting up a link to WiFi. (Though I did, out of curiosity.) I use it with the remote and don't bother much with the app which adds very little. It does a reasonable job on hard floors and thin floor mats. On carpets it tends to get stuck on soft spots and on coir doormats it can't cope at all. The issue is that the drive is slipping - I don't know whether the wheels are turning but slipping or if there's some fault like a slipping clutch in the mechanism. Either way it doesn't take much resistance to defeat it. This model doesn't have a proper navigation system - you have to pay more to get that. In effect it's working blind. It does have an obstacle avoidance system which works pretty well most of the time but there are a couple of foibles. It bangs into furniture that stands on feet if it calculates that it can get underneath but, in fact, the clearance is not quite big enough. Another problem is closed doors with light shining under the door from a window on the other side - this seems to deceive the sensors somehow. The suction is adequate on the highest setting - I run it with maximum suction all the time. It picks up a surprising amount of fine dust but can't pick up larger items such as grit. The dust bin is easy to access and easy to empty though it's an unpleasant job. I would have preferred a paper bag system. I've highlighted all the negatives but overall I'm reasonably pleased with this purchase. The price/quality ratio is acceptable. It's okay on hard floors, not very good on carpets but that's pretty much as expected. So the big question now is how long will it last? I've only had it a couple of months so it's too early to answer that one.

Excellent product and customer support
Had this vacuum for over a year, use it everyday, one of the best things I’ve ever bought! I live in a studio apartment with 2 cats and it works amazing to clean their hair and spilled litter, on top of regular dust. The app is very easy to use, and the silent mode is quite comfortable while still cleaning well. Plus, they offer excellent customer support! After 1.5 year of intense use, one of the motors became defective. Customer support over email was very helpful — they answered quickly, with clear communication and promptly diagnosed the issue. They are sending me a new motor free of charge, even after warranty has passed. Overall, great experience so far, definitely recommend the purchase.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Better than a Roomba for half the price (and perfect for pets!)
I originally purchased the Lefant M210 Pro for my mother-in-law, and after seeing how well it worked, I immediately bought one for myself. Honestly, I don't know how I ever lived without it. I actually tried a Roomba 205 shortly after just to see if a more expensive model with a main bottom roller brush would be better. It wasn't. The Roomba was incredibly loud, clunky, and literally looked like it had been through a war zone after just one day because it banged into everything so hard. It was so jarring to have running in the background. The Lefant M210 Pro, on the other hand, is a seriously classy device. It is incredibly quiet—almost like a relaxing ASMR white noise in the background that doesn't interfere with watching TV. My house is mostly hard floors with a few area rugs, and this thing is so thorough. Even without advanced mapping, the Freemove 3.0 navigation gets around everything flawlessly and never misses a spot. It rarely bumps into things, and when it does (like skinny chair legs), it's a very gentle tap and it immediately backs up. The absolute best part for me is the "Vortex Port" design on the bottom. Instead of a spinning brush roller that constantly gets clogged with pet hair, it uses a direct suction port with a rubber seal that creates a perfect vortex against the floor. I have a cat and a dog, and while the Roomba was constantly getting hair tangled around its rollers, the Lefant handles pet hair like an absolute charm without a single tangle. The app is also fantastic. It allows you to add multiple users, which is amazing because I can connect to my mother-in-law's device from my own phone and easily help her troubleshoot or operate it even when I'm not at her house. I bought this on sale, but frankly, it is well worth its original full price. The Roomba is going right back to the store, and I am happily keeping my Lefant. I can't recommend it enough! Good luck with the review, and enjoy that free mop attachment when it comes in! Let me know if you need any tweaks before you post it.
