Seagate Barracuda Pro 1TB Hard Drive
I’ve had this drive running in my Homebase 3 Eufy security setup for a while now, and it’s been working perfectly fine with no issues at all. It’s quiet in general, feels like nice quality, and performs smoothly. The only small downsides are that it does vibrate a fair bit and makes a bit of a sound that’s hard to describe. It can also get a little hot at times, but that seems perfectly normal. Overall, it’s been reliable, fast, and solid well worth it and I genuinely enjoy using it.

Not a new drive
Drive is not new. SMART data usage counters on the drive were reset to zero. Serial number indicates it is out of warranty and sticker on drive indicates a manufacture date from four years ago. Arrived in a anti-static bag, no additional packaging.

This and the latest Macbook Pro don't mix
After I installed this drive into a Sabrent 2.5-Inch SATA to USB 3.0 Tool-Free External Hard Drive Enclosure for a family member, she had problems reading/writing data via her Macbook Pro. But yet, it worked fine when configured as a logical drive on Windows 10. Our solution was to buy a specifically Mac compatible external drive instead. And besides, I was sent the non-Pro model instead - false advertising.
