I have really enjoyed these sleep patches. I’ve always had a problem with my sleep. My sister in law bought these patches and gave me one to try. Now I’m hooked, I’ve been using them ever since. These patches are amazing.. I have been able to fall asleep easily and sleep straight through the night without any groggy feeling in the morning.. I'm so glad I found this product. It has improved my everyday life so much better with a good night's sleep.. just apply like the directions say and they'll stay on all night.

Easy to use, just peel it off and place it on your arm. I have used them several times now and seem to relax me a bit more. Smells fine and remains in place all night.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I read the reviews and decided for this one and even though its not skin color so you can't disguise it as well as others they worked good! And stay on most nights! Great add on to my nighttime routine.Value for money:It's a lot of patches for the price specially since they do the job! This simple little patch works like a charm. We learned that melatonin looses its effectiveness after long term use. We had built up to 12 mg and it wasn't working. Switched to these little patches and are very happy to be getting a quality night's sleep. They do have melatonin at a lower dose, but have a few other natural sleep aids, which all seems to gently and effectively keep us sleeping more soundly. I was concerned about the lavender sent, which I generally do not care for, but this is very subtle and I have come to really like the addition as I fall asleep. Have ordered twice now!

A friend gave me a few of these patches to try since I work overnight and have a hard time falling asleep in the mornings. Since using these patches, I've had better quality sleep and fall asleep easier. They are made from natural ingredients and many come in the pack. I will continue to use these as they are non-addictive and worth the price for a good rest.

Maybe they work for some but they didn't work for me

I have been pretty happy with this product I must say it works most nights. I have tried many things before and at least with these patches I do sleep through the night sometimes which I never did before! I would recommend it!
