Q: Stop working in three weeks of use in the past six months. New batteries and still not working. What am I doing wrong or just defective product?

Q: I have a sport dof invisible fence, ithere a collar that does both fence and barking?

Thank you for this question. At this time we do not offer a combination bark control, and in-ground fence receiver collar. It is also important to mention that we do not recommend a dog wear both devices simultaneously, as this could be be uncomfortable for the dog, as well as confusing.

Thank you for your question. We're sorry that you're having this trouble with your new NoBark SBC-8. It shouldn't be expected that your dog will automatically know what the bark collar means. He may feel the correction, but he doesn't know why he receives it. You have to teach him that when he is quiet, then the collar won't activate and he won't get a correction. If you don't believe the bark collar is activating, please make sure it is fitted properly. The bark collar should be snug so that both contact points touch skin, the device sits in the middle of your dog's neck under his chin, and it shouldn't shift if he shakes off. Q: On the test function is that the higest setting?

Thank you for this question. In test mode, this unit will beep followed by a quick pulse of static stimulation starting with a level 1 and increasing to 10. Level 10 is the strongest level this unit offers.
