For some reason that we haven't figured out yet. Every couple of weeks I will go somewhere like a grocery pick up and when I get ready to leave a few minutes later, I need a jump. After the first time this happened I ordered this because I didn't know why it happened and was lucky someone was there to jump me. Tonight it happened again. I pulled this out and hooked it up and it started on the first try. Amazing. 2 minutes later I was on the road. It is so compact and easy to use and totally sets my mind at ease. I love that it also has a flashlight and USB to charge other things. Great item to have.UPDATE: Today I used this for 3rd time to help a total strangers whose battery died at the gas station. Hooked them up and they were so thankful I had this. They took a picture and are ordering their own. It made me feel so good to help a person in need. This little thing is amazing. I have used it 3 times, and each time it worked flawlessly and charged the car within seconds and the jump starter is even still fully charged after 3 uses and a month later. Get this everybody. I absolutely love this battery jumpstarter!! This is such a perfect item and the perfect size especially when compared to the old kind of ways of having to charge a dead car battery. I love this item especially being a single mom on the go. When my battery was dead in a place I wasn’t familiar with this came in soooo very handy. Another time it came in handy was when my vehicles battery was dead in the garage. I loved that I didn’t have to push my vehicle out of the garage in order to have someone else come and jump my car. I was able to use the small (phone size) item, with attached jumper cables and quickly get my car started! Not only that though also got to charge this item with its included charging cord in my vehicle while I drove.This item is so functional, easy to use, and works so effectively. I have jumped my minivan at least three times before needed to charge battery! I definitely intent to get one for each of my young adult children! You will not regret this!

This thing is amazing. Easy to store, easy to use. Already gave my first one away because my friend was impressed by it being so functional yet so compact and I won't need it as bad now that I've got my car battery fixed up. This thing would be even better if it has some slightly longer cables (I fear for my life any time the ends come anywhere near eachother) but it does make it easier to store that way. I haven't really had to use the other features just yet but just the thought that I can use it as a flasblight or to charge my phone is just great.

Great product. Carrying case, charging speed, value, and size all outstanding. Keeps a high charge for over a week in my glove box when my car was in freezing temps. I am only giving 4 stars because this product is new, so I dont know how the durability over time is for it.

Used it once so far and it worked flawlessly to start a car in storage for the winter with dead battery. (Large V8). It recharged quickly. Not bad for the price!

I got this charger for my daughter as a gift and ended up being the first to use it when my car wouldn't start in the frigid weather we had. Everything was very clear in the instructions and I got my car easily started right away. I now want to get one for my car and one for my son, too!
