Amazon delivers with the usual big box and paper packing and no damage on receipt.Build and DesignAll the resistance bands seem to be of good quality and have withstood a handful of workouts so far with no issues. The Door anchor and hand grip attachments seem to have good stitching and the carabiner clips keep the attached pieces together firmly.I was able to easily anchor the centre of the resistance band on a closed doorway at various angles with no problem.The handgrips are very light – plastic and nylon with a foam covering and I can’t speak to how they will stand up to wear and tear. The storage bag is plastic, with a draw string closure and adequate for the job.No ankle attachments are included and this makes it a little awkward to do leg exercises.In use.With this being a five band set, there seems to be a good range of resistance band levels to work with. I settled on the black band and this gave me a good resistance level to start with.Because they are essentially large rubber band loops, it makes swapping from an exercise like a bicep curl, where you want strong resistance – standing on both sides of the loop and pulling up the two ends – to switching to an exercise where you need to stretch the band more like a standing shoulder press. I finished the bicep curls and released one side of the loop from underfoot and then began the shoulder exercises and the extra elasticity allows me to push up past my shoulders.Conversely, the hand grips aren’t wide enough for my hands so the nylon strap attaching it to the bands, rubs annoyingly on my skin.Because there are no ankle attachments, I used the hand ones but you can’t remove the hand grips and the nylon strap is narrow and bites into your skin, so not great and the kit could definitely be improved with the addition of ankle attachments.You can get a good variety of cario, using the thinner bands to the strength exercises using the thicker and wider bands.As with all resistance band kits, compression exercises – such as a chest compression – where your hands are pressing inwards at chest level are more difficult to perform and only made a little easier with the door anchor.The portability of this kit is very good though. Once you have your routine set, you can slim down the bag by only taking the resistance bands you need to keep you in shape for the days you are away from the home or work gym.

The handle is really comfortable and fits almost all the bands, making it easy to switch between exercises. The bands are also made from durable materials, so they should last a long time.The only downside is the included guide. It's not specific to the product; it's just a general guide, which isn't very helpful. You're better off looking up videos online to learn how to use the bands properly. If the company started including a detailed guide that matched the bands and exercises, it would be perfect.Despite this minor issue, the set is still a great addition to any workout routine because of its overall quality and versatility.

Great resistance bands of varying strength for good workouts

This is a great set to tone up and you can work up quite a sweat too. Bands feel well made, no worries about them snapping (even the thinnest one). Comes with excersizes to do but you can also follow videos if you do a search (depends how you like to workout, I prefer to have a trainer or video instruction rather than a wall chart).

I'm really happy with this resistance band set. I ordered them because I have a lot of issues with the muscles surrounding my hip joints and need to do a lot of stretching exercises and yoga to keep them from seizing up. My physiotherapist suggested getting some for use at home so when these came up I jumped at the chance to get them. I'm glad I did.There's a great deal of variety with the bands and the five different resistance levels (each represented by a different colour) offer a great way to customise workouts and progressively get stronger. The bands go from easy to extremely challenging and you can really feel it. The low to mid resistance levels will give you a good solid work out while the highest resistance bands will put your strength to the test as they demand maximum effort to stretch (and if you're a beginner the higher levels are definitely something you should ease into rather than going all out with).The bands themselves feel strong and durable and are made of a good quality material, so I don't have to worry about them snapping, and the handles are comfortable to hold.I tried the door anchor and it works fine, it's just not an exercise I like so it won't be part of my regular regime but it does hold firm and it does the job.Really good. I highly recommend.If you're looking for a solid way to boost your home workouts then you won't go wrong with these. My hip is feeling great.

These resistance bands feel thick and strong. They are made of strong TPE which is a flexible and rubber-like material. The resistance bands I generally use for Pilates are thin, and so I was intrigued to use these to see if there was much difference. Each band comes in a different width with a different resistance, from 5lb to 125lb to enhance your workout. I am 5'6" and I was able to use the length of the bands comfortably, and the resistance levels are perfect for different levels of strength. I was able to use them to work both arms and legs and working with the bands together to do core work. There is also a chart included giving recommended workouts. I think having used both kinds of resistance bands now, these do give stronger resistance.The set Includes a set of handle and door anchors and there is also a bag for storage which is convenient. I think they are good value, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Eigentlich finde ich die Widerstandsbänder sehr gut. Die Qualität passt und man kann gute Workouts mit ihnen machen. Nur habe ich 5 statt 6 Bänder erhalten. Das gelbe Band, damit das Schwächste von allen, war nicht enthalten. Mir geht es nicht darum, ob ich dieses Band jemals für meine Workouts benutzt hätte oder nicht. Mir geht es um das Wirtschaftliche. Ich zahle für 6 Bänder. Also würde ich gerne auch 6 erhalten. Wenn sowohl in der Produktbeschreibung als auch auf der Verpackung 6 Bänder angezeigt werden, sollten dann auch 6 Bänder enthalten sein. Es kann auch ein menschlicher Fehler sein. Wer weiß was im Lager von Amazon alles los ist. Dafür habe ich Verständnis. Dennoch erwarte ich Vollständigkeit bei der Ware, wenn ich den entsprechenden Preis zahle. Daher ziehe ich 2 Sterne ab.

Leider waren diese Preiswerten Bänder sehr klebrig und rochen auch chemisch. Ich dachte das gibt sich bald, doch ich spürte das klebrige auch sehr an den Händen, deswegen habe ich es zurück geschickt. Ich habe teurere gekauft von wo ich schon ein Trainignsgerät habe daher kennen ich diese Bänder und da lohnt sich wirklich der Mehraufwand. Lieber etwas mehr ausgeben und wirklilch Freude daran haben.
