Not sure where to begin . I got these drops as I seen them all over social media. I’m still not sure if I have a gene mutation for the MTHFR mutation. When I did take these drops my energy and mood were very elevated . These drops work well but I myself seemed to have an issue sleeping the first few days , recommend for morning use .

Love this supplement. For years and years, my labs showed low b levels. Now they are normal. It's sad how drs constantly said "take more b vitamins " but an Instagram pharmacist had the solution! Berry flavor is good doesn't taste vitamin ish.
