It is very difficult to make it work for a person that had no experience with this kind of phone or watch! However, I used product support by Amazon and even that it took me more than one hour to make it work, it was worth! The main reason I bought this watch is for the Blood Pressure! Once you get to know it, it is very accurate on the high-end Blood Pressure. It does not show correctly the lower one, I guess because my special condition where the low is 50 units lower of the high. However, this is OK for me because the High readings are most important. The other functions do not interest me at all. I need B.P. on the go, because I already had two strokes. As such, this is the most accurate unit I found to date. You can buy it with confidence, it is worth every penny!

The main purpose of purchasing this watch was for its ability to track blood pressure. After testing it for a few days now I can say the systolic number is relatively accurate (+- 5.) The diastolic number is not accurate. Hopefully a future update to the watches software will hone this in. Conceptually the watch is a great idea and has potential to be as accurate as a wrist cuff blood pressure monitor. It's very close to being as good.As for the other features the sleep monitoring is accurate, the pulse is accurate. I can't comment on the other features like stress, oxygen, etc because I have no idea how those are calculated or measured.If the diastolic number improves with a software update I'll update my review to a 5 star.

Was a great watch blood pressure was +/- 5 from my omron blood pressed reader at home. I could never get the cardio exercise to read in standard measurements instead on metic on the watch or app.However I received the watch January 22nd 2025 and just randomly shut off and won't charge or turn back on since April 27th 2025.3 months for a 100 dollar watch just doesn't sit right with me and gave it 2 stars.

Of several I have tried, this is the only one that does BP OK.

The first few months of using this watch was great. Charged quick, the app was easy to use. The watch is so quiet and quick. But a few months in the blood pressure cuff stopped working, and then the display stopped working as well. Tried to charge it and turn it on and off, but the watch simply buzzed and didn’t work right. I got a replacement, and the same thing happened to the replacement. They are unwilling to refund me a second time - instead they offered to send me a replacement charger - which I have yet to receive. Buyer beware. This technology just isn’t ready yet. Now I’m out over $100. I’m going to try a Omron wrist cuff instead.

The overall rating of this item was just about 4.2 which was considered a bit low when I wanted to buy it. After I read the reviews in detail, I decided to give it a try. I used an inflatable blood pressure item to compare the readings, it matches amazingly well after I played with it many times. The key to make it read accurately are:wrap around the forehand at the right place and fastened properly as suggested by the manual.the item must be at the heart level during the measurement.

If you want a blood pressure watch, and a watch it's okay. However, the settings should ask you once if you are imperial or metric. In the health settings, I put in miles, but the watch is calculating in KM (incorrectly, I might add). I have a regular route that is 1.6 miles, it's measuring as 1.6 km, and then on my exercise card it's converting it to 1.03 miles from km! I hope YHE addresses this soon. I've reached out a couple of times. To me this is a basic of a health watch. I hope they get it sorted soon, otherwise this is just a pretty wrist bp cuff. They have done a couple of updates, I hope they fix this soon!

The battery is amazing charged a week ago and still at 79%. The blood pressure cuff works great. Got the same results as the normal arm cuff at the doctors office.No complaints here. Love it
