Works fine but motor gears you after 10 min if use b stopworking

Product is sturdy and lot of video and photo reviews made me to decide and purchase this product. This is a non returnable product. I am not sure if the product delivered was a refurbished one. The battery charge was already 77 % when switched on. I started using it and within 5 mins the battery gone and product stopped working. Raised an issue with amazon. Not sure whether I will get my money back.

The product is definitely good and build quality seems okay. It does all the kinds of work that is shown. But the cons are with battery backup and it's stability.When trying to clean a floor or a surface it keeps constantly moving to one direction and you'll need to apply some force constantly to keep it at the desired spot and move it around keeping it in your control.That can lead to hand pain for most of the people. But it does change the scene of cleaning as you don't really sweat or do hard labor for reaching down to edges and corners.Second thing is the battery backup. On a full charge, in nearly 25-30 minutes it came down to to less than 30% which is not great considering you may need it longer for the final cleanup tasks. Also it kind of gets a little warm after running for 20 minutes or so. But the product itself looks strong and sturdy.

This is the best product for cleaning.. changes the cleaning game entirely .soeasy to use and clean exceptionally well .comes with a lot of attachment for different kind of cleaning. Once fully changed completes the entirely cleaning in 1go with some battery left. Good for deep cleaning bathroom and mesh windows. Highly
