Great mug! Right on trend (apparently!) - our daughter loved it! The furry bits are removable which makes claning much easier than I was initially expecting. Good quality little mug and very much appreciated by our youngest daughter. Recommended.

I'm absolutely chuffed with my Kuromi mug for my morning cuppa - it's quickly become my favourite, no doubt about it! The design is properly cute, without being too in-your-face, and the quality is brilliant.Let me tell you about the mug sleeve - it's rather lovely and does keep my drink toasty for longer, but I've found it can be a right faff to keep clean as tea splashes and dust seem to love clinging to it. The good news is you can pop it off if you fancy. I tend to go without the sleeve most days when I'm using the mug. My wife absolutely loves that bit though - I don't know if it's just to annoy me though!If you're on the hunt for a pressie for someone who's mad about Kuromi, this would be spot on. However, if you're just after a regular mug for your daily caffeine fix, you might want to have a gander at other options. I bought mine a few months back, and even though the cup lid can be a bit of a pain sometimes, I'm pretty chuffed with it overall!

Super cute mug - the pink fluffy cover is soft - great that you can remove it for washing after the inevitable tea/coffee/hot choc dribbles down it.The fur cover actually stops a decent way from the rim so your not getting a mouthful of fluff which i personally appreciate.You do need to remove the cover to wash and it can be a bit of a faff if your washing the cover and the mug everytime its used.It's more of a display item if your keeping the cover on than a practical every day mug

My son is obsessed with these sorts of mugs so he was really excited when this came in the post. The mug itself is incredibly well made, with a jet black finish that showed no signs of manufacturing error at all. The printed design is bright, detailed and again flawless. The furry cover is the perfect addition for the much - it wraps around and seals under the handle, and is very easily removed for washing. All in all it's a great product!

This is iconic Japanese anime character. You can see and watch everywhere in Japan, if you go to universal studio, they even have its own space dedicated to Kuromi. Mug itself is fantastic gift idea for person who likes it and watch it. Mug is nicely decorated, plenty on the design, rather large mug 440ml and ceramic as well, without sleeve, it is dishwasher safe so nice and easy to keep it clean. Biggest feature of this might mug is of course sleeve itself. Very fluffy and pinky which wraps around mug with face of the Kuromi. Fantastic mug, very well made.

It's a chunky mug, feels solid and it's microwave-safe, which is always a plus in our house. The fuzzy cover is interesting, it looks cute and it does add a bit of a novelty factor, but it's not very practical. I mean, who wants a fuzzy mug getting wet and stained? It seems more like something for display than actual everyday use. My daughter was thrilled with it but I can see the fuzzy part getting dirty quickly. The mug itself is good for hot or cold drinks, and the handle is comfy enough. It's a nice decent size and it seems durable. It came in a nice box too so it would make a good gift for anyone who's a fan of 'Kuromi'. So for me, the fuzzy cover is a bit of a drawback - it's just not very functional. If it were just a regular mug with the fancy design, I'd probably rate it 5 stars, but as it is it's a bit of a novelty item that might not hold up to everyday use. Hope it helps.
