works welli have other devices that use the same battery, or would be disappointed the one that came with this does not hold a good charge.I have not contacted customer support. So I don't know if they would replace.Not a child's toythis is very bright and can temporarily blind drivers and pilots from a great distance.it can melt dark plastics and ignite dark combustables at close rangemy dog will chase the laser like a cati can drink my coffee and the dog can runreplacing a lost one that we use in winter with the dog. I stay inside where it's warm and the dog chases the laser outside.

You feel like Cyclops with this laser!
The power of the laser is very strong. You can see the laser quite visibly during the day and at night, I’ve seen it go over a 1/4 mile. I’m sure it can go further, but this was just from a visual observation without binoculars.The ad shows that it’s so powerful that it will ignite matches. Not quite. A bit of an exaggeration, I tried it for the “WOW Factor” after 2 mins I gave up. None the less it works and it is very powerful. You will have fun with it.

It is really bright. The kids love to use it at the beach and to point at the stars. It goes extremely far so be careful where you point it. It is not a toy and never leave the kids with it unattended sinc e the could shine it in their eyes.

Don't buy this garbage
Laser was awesome and very bright......... for like half of a day, the light slowly burned out and I have charged the battery for days now, trying to put it back in every now and then... nothing. I figured since I was buying the higher priced one |(over the similar model that's a lot cheaper) that it would hold up better but nope. Its trash, and the company must know it, they are just ripping you off.

Do not recommend this laser it was bright at first but after a few minutes of messing with it when u turn it on the beam dims right when u turn it on

Very happy, it used for 5 minutes, then ran out of electricity, then I tried to charge it, found it didn't work at all, I think I will not waste money to buy batteries, I can't repeat my stupid idea.

Missing multi tool but laser is all I need
Laser, battery and charger all came in but missing the multi tool. I dont care about the multi tool and thats not why im marking a star off. Im marking the star off because i will come back and add it if the laser still works in a few months. If you are buying this for the multi tool then just get a real multitool and spend extra for a better item.
