sto provando tutti i pecorini acquistabili online.... questo finora è il migliore.... salatura non eccessiva, considerando che comunque il pecorino romano è molto salato, classica consistenza e sapore piuttosto variegato e completo.... lo consiglio senz'altro.

reçu dans les temps très gouteux par contre au lieu d'un morceau de 500 g j'ai reçu 2 morceaux 200 et 300 g moins pratique pour moi
