Giving these a try because my son gets a ton of screen time. He doesn’t complain about the flavor. He says they taste like orange.

This supplement has helped my children's eye health. I loved it. It doesn't contain sugar. I think it's great.

I tried this dissolvable Lutein, with bilberry extract, for eye health simply because I ran out of my heavy duty Lutein supplement pills. Off the bat, of course there is not nearly the amount of Lutein in this as the pill form (which also have different doses of course), this is marketed to kids. It is a dissolvable tab that dissolves slower than i wish, but it does dissolve completely. Gummies and dissolvables are meant for people who either dont want pill form, or who need a different form so as not to get stomach irritation. All of the gummies I’ve used have been free of irritation. The worst pill is the big multivitamins, but pills in general bother people. The gummies are easily treated as food and have better uptake in the body, however they do pack less of a punch. So it’s a trade off.I recommend this Lutein for kids and adults who just like the ‘edible’ ones. A lot of people would take nothing if it weren’t for this form.

I have been trying a variety of lutein choices to try to find the best one and decided to give this one a try, Of all of the non-capsule ones, this one has the best flavor so far, much better than the gummies that taste like fish oil hahhaa.It's hard to tell how well it works, but my glaucoma testing has not changed so that is good.4 Stars

These supplements taste great and dissolve easily! Perfect for kids. They seem to be great quality as well.
