Pretty good. Pretty straight forward. The packaging seems sterile. It's been 3 days since I've pierced my ears and I'm not having any issues like my skin turning green or any tarnishing of the earrings themselves. Very good cheap way to pierce your ears. I've been wanting to pierce a stacked lobe for a while but I didn't want to spend more than I need to. Not terribly painful except the first few seconds then it's like nothing is there.
