I Love This! Already convinced 3 friends to get it for their kids.
This watch is amazing! My son is 10 years old, and in the 4th grade. We live in a good neighborhood, but it is close to a busy main road but set back a little bit, and we are near a fairly popular baseball field that gets a little bit of traffic on weekdays, but more on weekends. So there are cars going by fairly often, but not crazy. My son loves to play outside with his friends in the neighborhood and ride bikes, play soccer, run around and go to the park down the street with them. They also go from friend house to friend house too.And I love that he is active and always wants to be outside playing, but I hate that I don't always know where he is or what he is doing. My son is too young for a cell phone, even though he has asked, but he doesn't need one, he is 10! Besides I know he would either lose it or break it.I also wanted the peace of mind to know where he is, when they are all outside running around and playing. So I looked up smart watches for kids and this one came up as the best one for elementary school/younger kids and middle school. It is basic, which I wanted, he doesn't need it to be a toy, I just wanted a GPS, a texting app and something to make quick check in calls with. And it needs to be easy for him and it needs to work... And this is Perfect!I just open the app on my phone and refresh location and I will know exactly where he is, you can also live track him if he is walking home from a friend's house, or school.I can text him to tell him to come in for dinner, or he can call me when he is on the way home or if he needs anything! It makes him feel safe and it makes me feel so much better about him being out with his friends and running around the neighborhood! It does have a few basic apps but there isn't much too it. You can control the settings from the app on your cell, and add in approved phone numbers, check his texts and do all the GPS functions. It also has "school mode" for when he is at school so he can't mess with it and get distracted. The only slightly negative thing I can say, is that it does take a while for it to charge all the way, and the charger is a magnetic thing that sticks to the back of the watch rather than a basic USB-C charger, so it can shift off easily and stop charging, but it's fine because I figured out where to put it so it doesnt get touched. I do wish the battery lasted a little bit longer, but it does last a day or 2 depending on use. So as long as I charge it, it's fine. The monthly plan is like $12 or $14 a month which is great (I just paid for the year up front) and it is through their own service provider which I haven't had any problems with reception with so far. There are instructions on how to set it all up in the box, and it was so easy to do.All in all I am so so happy that I bought this, it calms my anxiety when he is out and just gives me so much peace of mind, and he likes it because he can go further than he could before and stay out longer because he doesn't have to keep checking in.I definitely recommend getting this for your kids too. It's the best thing I bought all year!

Excellent Smartwatch for Young Kids – Easy for My 7-Year-Old to Use
We bought the JrTrack 4 for our 7-year-old son, and it’s been an amazing first smartwatch for him. He picked up how to use it almost instantly—the interface is super kid-friendly, with large icons and a simple layout that makes navigating calls, texts, and the camera a breeze. It’s been great to see him use it independently without constantly needing help.Setup was quick and painless, and the parent app gives us full control over who he can contact and when. The GPS tracking is accurate, which gives us peace of mind when he’s out riding his bike or at a friend’s house. We also love the school mode—it automatically silences the watch during class hours but still lets him access the SOS feature if needed. The snap-on charging cable is convenient, and the battery easily lasts through a full day of use. Call and text quality is surprisingly good for a kid’s smartwatch—clear, reliable, and easy for him to manage on his own. The included SIM card made setup even easier. One of the most reassuring features is the SOS button. We haven’t had to use it, thankfully, but it’s great knowing it’s there if he ever needs us quickly. All in all, we’re really happy with the JrTrack 4. It’s given our son a sense of independence while letting us stay connected and in control. I’d definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a smart, safe, and easy-to-use watch for their kids.

PLEASE consider before buying! Poor customer service and tech support!!!
The media could not be loaded. This was intended for our 9-year-old who needed to safely communicate with us when at practice or with a friend. Setup of the watch and service was relatively easy. Unfortunately, it all went HORRIBLY from there. On the first day, the watch stopped working where it would only remain on the welcome screen leaving you unable to do anything. I contacted COMSO Customer Service directly. They were kind but expressed this is a known issue and have a bad batch of smart watches out in the market. They showed almost ZERO sense of urgency telling me that someone would get back to me with possible resolutions and sending me a replacement. Rather than receiving confirmation of a new watch being sent, I was then contacted by someone else from customer tech support who needed to verify the issue but then offered me no timetable on when they would send out a replacement. I had to be the one to follow up and was told they need it to go through an approval process internally before sending me a replacement. Again, this is with a KNOWN issue that I validated by having to provide a two-minute video of the watch glitch showing that I could not get past the COSMO logo screen. I obliged but still was told that they thank me for my patience but still can't send me another one to try.I completely understand issues like this can happen with product such as these. But, where my patience ran out was that they clearly have no clue on how to immediately rectify the issue to try to gain/retain a customer. Instead of immediately shipping me out a new one, they wanted me to jump through hoops to troubleshoot it myself and then wait patiently until they got the necessary approval to ship me a new one. Keep in mind you also have to prepay for the service plan when setting this up. They never even offered to say we'll give you something for the inconvenience. Again, I feel compelled to reiterate that this is a known issue they are having and it seemed lost on them that this would then question my trust in the product working in the future. These are for children! I'm not going to risk something that has shown no ability to work for emergency purposes of a child. They are clearly a small company/operation. Too much time went between responses and agents are not readily available to help troubleshoot. During business hours, you can wait up to 5 minutes before they automatically disconnect the call accompanied by an automated message saying "Sorry, no agents are available." SUPER disappointing as I love giving startups/newer companies a chance, but this one is WAY too risky given the stakes of children. I would absolutely proceed with caution before buying because if there is an issue, there is ZERO reliability you'll get someone to even attempt to help you, let alone actually resolve your issue.
