Good for advanced calisthenics
First things first IT DOES COME WITH THE GYMNASTICS RINGS... It says it comes with it on the photo but I was concerned because no where in the description was it listed and the Amazon's AI also said it did not come with them....Next this bar is alot better then I thought, it still wobbles, but you will never find a better free standing bar than this... I do advanced calisthenics, like muscle ups ect which require the bar to be stable enough... granted you won't be able to do freestyle calisthenics on it but it's still good for things like front lever, muscle up, handstand on the bar, roll overs, ect... My favorite thing about the bar opposed to most pull up bars is it is just the bar, there is nothing getting in your way of swinging, and you can easily switch grips and move around without hitting anything.... The only negative thing about the bar Is the grip is a little wide on the bar but nothing to bad

Great pull up bar!
I've had this in my Kansas backyard for about a year now, through all the weather: -40 winters, 110 summers, wind, hail, rain, thunderstorms, you name it. It has not started to rust and is holding up extremely well. I am 6'2" and don't want my feet touching the ground when I do pullups. It's not quite tall enough for that, so I set the unit on concrete blocks. I would absolutely buy this again and recommend to my friends.

Great pull-up bar: sturdy and well built
Such an awesome pull up bar. This is a life saver for people who live in an apartment. While it’s a bit bigger than other free standing pull up bars, I think it’s a worthwhile tradeoff. It’s so much more stable than anything I could ask for—I’ve used it for pull ups, gymnastics rows, and I’ve even setup a custom hang board solution for my climbing training.Wouldn’t recommend any other pull up bars on the market

Worth the money
This is sturdy, easy to assemble and a good value for the money. It takes up a lot of space but you know that going in. Some reviewers have noted that the grip tape isn’t very good and they’re probably right but I didn’t want that anyway. I recommend using weight lifting straps , they serve as the grip and allow you to work your lats without your forearms giving out first. That’s why I wanted a straight bar with no rubber coating. Overall this is a good product that meets my needs

90 day thoughts
Good stand-alone pullup bar for the money. More only criticism is that I wish the cross bar was solid steel rather than a hollow up. I weigh 215 and the bar bows a bit when I'm using it.
