Follows research guidelines to aid with improving mental health
Been taking these for a month to allow 2gm of combined EPA/DHA (4 capsules), and didn't think I noticed much in my overall mental health until I ran out and gave it a week. It was then that I DID notice. I had improved, albeit slowly over the first couple of weeks, but there is certainly a benefit. It should also be noted that the 660/440 split between the EPA/DHA is in keeping with recent research that a 60%/40% split between the two provides the mot promising ratio for the improving of mental health. I do not know if this was a coincidence by the manufacturer or not, but this is certainly a plus point. Bought a second batch and will hopefully get back on the benefits soon!

Not odourless
The reason I brought these is because they said odourless. The reason I have given it a 1 star is because they are definitely not odourless.I can't stand the smell of sea food, therefore can not eat it. So I use supplements to obtain my omega fish oils. After only two days I'm getting reflux of fish!!! This is not good, as it makes me feel sickly.If you are wanting odourless this is not the product to buy and the company shouldn't advertise them as such

Why these are different to normal cod liver oil capsules
Have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis in left knee and although I have only taken about half of the bottle I am sure they are better than ordinary cod liver oil capsules that I usually have. I think I will give these another try as they say heath is your most important asset.

I like the high dosage at this price point, as I am currently being treated for cancer, and I am trying to give myself all the good things I can afford. I am about to reorder.
