Good cleaning power
I’m going to review this product but I’m concerned the price is a tenner. This is under three quid in home bargain. Anyway the stuff is great. You simply open the sachet and stick it down the toilet. Leave it and it foams and fizzes away and removes limescale and cleans it. There is no needs to scrub. Leave it on over night for best results. The crevice brush makes cleaning round the taps easy.

Doesn't work
On using this I saw no visible difference to my toilet, I don't think it did anything, I might be wrong but it didn't look any cleaner.
