I was having lots of problems with my stomach and bowels, and simply adding these to my daily lunch, and changing from crips to nuts in the evening has greatly helped me feel back to normal. May be easy to overlook the necessity of fibre in meals, especially if your with someone else who's diet isn't to your liking. Price is fine considering it lasts for 3 months on one a day, and then maybe spread them over a few days too.

Iv only put 3 stars because I cant fully review to say if they work or any benefits felt as they caused me bad headaches so I had to stop taking them. Not had a headache since.

I'm not a bottom, but like to take this anyway to keep my poop firm. makes wiping so much easier!

Psyllium Husk also known as Ispaghula Husk, is known for being a type of fibre that acts as a gentle, bulk-forming laxative. If it also acts as a Prebiotic, helping to feed the friendly bacteria, that we are encouraged to have in our gut, all the better. These are Chunky (23.6mm long X 8.3mm diameter) beige-coloured capsules, which are smooth, tasteless, and easy to swallow, with a sip of water. The capsules come in a resealable bag, displaying well-presented product information. At a suggested daily dose of 1 capsule per day, the 90-capsules should last about 3-months providing good value for money.
