What is the difference between this & the mini ii advance?

The difference is the Mini II Advance display will show temperature and day count down. The Mini II EX has the humidity control attached and the display will only show the temperature and the humidity reading.

Is it a dual voltage power plug ? (110V and 220V)?

No. This listing is for the 110V units. Although Brinsea does typically keep 220 Voltage units available (of the Minis only) - but they have to be requested and not all distributors have access to those ... Sibylle

Is the good for hatching exotic parrot eggs? Is it still-air or circulated-air?

I'm not sure about parrot eggs. I've only hatched large chicken eggs. It has a fan that circulates the air.

Does this model come with the humidity pump? Is the pump included in the purchase of the incubator?

This new model uses an INTEGRATED peristaltic water metering pump to automatically control the relative humidity of the air in the egg chamber. The pump is supplied with a water pump tube, a flexible link tube, a rigid water tube and two pump connectors that are fitted at each end of the water pump tube.
