Really impressed with this CarPlay screen! Installation was super easy and it connected smoothly with both iPhone and Android phones. It performs consistently well, even in high heat, which is a big plus. Totally worth it!

Good for the price , after 1 month of use it keep restarting every 10-15 min and this a deal breaker for me , so i removed it and get back to the phone again

Very poor touchscreen quality… we all have high end touchscreen cell phones so customers should be able to compare.. i don t understand why customers rates this product 4 or 5 stars. The quality reminds me what my children won at LunaPark…

I already have a 9 inch CarPlay which I installed in the dashboard in place of the head unit. But for my other car, a Alfa Romeo Spider I was looking for a smaller screen. Not only this screen fits but it comes with a very handy, and very sturdy, frontscreen support. In my car there no place to install, but this CarPlay did. The classical functioning of the CarPlay is snappy and the volume and brightness are always accessible. But !! They went the extra mile, by adding a feature they call Superlink. And to be honest, I was completely taken by it. After installing a free EveLink app on my iPhone ( Android is the same) and creating a separate wifi connection between the iPhone and the CarPlay you get three new functions : online videos from a number of internet streaming sites, a true screen mirror casting and lastly a Airdrop to watch anything that's on you're phone. I fully realise that this is very for the back passengers to entertain on long trips. Of course you have to completely quit and disconnect CarPlay and start Evelink. So there is no switching on the fly it takes some gestures. The basic CarPlay with the handful apps is of course in the first place a navigation aid, and it is surprising how many navigation apps you can run simultaneously. I do it all the time because they all have a different interpretation of the route I am asking, and more importantly these apps have different maps that show different details. The spoken navigation is loud and clear, and though I am wearing hearing aids, the sound of the CarPlay speaker is easier to understand the the car speakers. You can even reroute the sound to the car speakers with a FM-transmitter, but I think nobody goes through the hassle. The included reverse camera has a wide angle and illumination at night. The only negative point with this screen, and with most of them, is that they don't have a backup battery, not even the tiniest. So when the power is out, the screen dies immediately. And not all cars have an always on power.

Lo acabo de instalar y quedé impresionado con la calidad del display, muy brillante y tipo IPS que se ve muy bien desde cualquier ángulo. Se configuró sin ningún problema y en un par de minutos ya estaba enlazado. Activé la salida de audio por bluetooth y funciona y se escucha a la perfección! La pantalla táctil responde muy bien y solo estoy usando el cable de alimentación conectado a la salida de 12V del coche. Lo comenzaré a usar a diario y actualizaré cualquier comentario adicional pero de momento quedé encantado con el producto y lo recomiendo al 100% Pasé de mi pantalla de letras rojas en un coche 2018 a una pantalla de lujo con Car Play! Ahora estaré mas contento al manejar mi coche 😁

I installed the 7" model on my old Honda. Before this, I had for several years been using a simple phone mount so I could use my phone for navigation, music etc. The move to a dedicated display is night and day. The link between the phone and display is seemless - I get in the car and the two connect automatically. The display is bright and clear. Audio from the unit is fine for basic directions etc, but linking it via a cable (or Bluetooth) to the in-vehicle audio system makes a big difference. Installation of the unit is super easy - maybe 10 minutes. I did have a small issue with the cable supplied for the rear camera, but I dropped the company a note and they very quickly sent me a replacement cable. Given the price vs performance ratio, this is a no-brainer purchase if you have an older vehicle but want a more modern navigation/music experience.

Works great supper easy to set up and super fast to reconnecting phone. I have a 2016 model year car that does not have navigation or carplay. I wanted to get something to use maps and this was an excellent choice. Best of all the screen is GLASS. Plastic screens suck and overtime the oils from your finger get absorbed into it and can never be removed. This unit however has a glass IPS screen. The screen is HD and is very sharp. Prior to purchasing I did have a few questions about the item and the seller was very responsive and answered all my questions. Speaker quality is decent but I plan on using my car speakers via Bluetooth for this. I do wish this unit had a USB port to allow updating the firmware easier. The firmware can be updated but you must use a micro SD card. I would have loved to see a USB port on the device. Support has also been very satisfying. Just do know they are an overseas team. All in all I would purchase again.
