I have completed the 30 day supply and have found several positive effects. One, it has curbed my impulsive eating so I do believe it’s working with my metabolism. I don’t notice a caffeine rush rather than I’m not as tired during the day like I used to be. I do take in the morning to avoid any kind of stimulation at night in case there is one. I’m very pleased with this product and will order it again.

I drink plenty of caffeinated drinks and matcha and have no issue with jitteriness but this makes me grind my teeth and feel anxious and not more awake. I do not recommend, just drink matcha, it’s less convenient but I have much better results.

The product arrived intact and well packaged. I really don’t like the taste of green tea so these are a great way to get added antioxidants

Easy and quick preworkout alternative. Found that one capsule helps with endurance but doing two gives me a good jolt to get into my workouts.

Ive been using this for almost 2 weeks and I LOVE. These give me energy that I dont get a crash from and find that I dont even want coffee when I take em. I've never been great at taking supps but I like this one so much I take it daily. I would highly recommend.

I add the recommended serving size to my protein shakes for extra energy. I drink my shakes after my workout to give me a burst of energy. No jitters and I like that it comes in a little tin, easier to spoon out.

I donno.. I dont think this one works for me.. I had a different brand before, it worked. This one I can take the pill and go take a nap because I'm still tired..I dont feel the boost of energy.. maybe it works better for metabolism
