No support phone number, no contact information at all
When the trike arrives you have some assembly to do. Unfortunatly the manual that comes with it is for a two wheeled fat tire bike. No instructions for the trike. So I'm mechanical and it wasn't that hard to figure out. Next problem was it went nowhere. Wouldn't run after a full charge. Asked the seller for a manual and was told the one for the two wheel bike was correct. They then sent me a manual for LCD screen which helped but should have been included. Again the wrong manual shows a completly different battery box and motor controller box. I figured there might be bad connections in one of these boxes but without an accurate manual I was Leary of taking them apart. I finally did and sure enough loose connections in the motor controller was the problem. The manual for the two wheel bike says the spokes loosen on a fat tire bike more often than narrow tires. Maybe, maybe not, but they sure do loosen a lot on this thing. I've tightened them twice in 35 miles. Hopefully is a breaking thing. On the plus side the Trike has plenty of speed and the battery has impressed me so far. It's actually for my son who has leg weakness and can not pedal a bike. He loves it.What scares me is the manual has no contact information for help or spare parts. Let's Face it, everything mechanical will fail eventually and I fear I will be without a way to order spare parts in the future. If I had it to do over I would have gone elsewhere.

Awesome bike, it's way cooler than on the pictures, its big!
This bike was a piece of cake to assemble, it's big, it's beautiful, its fast and looks very cool. If I had to pick on it, it would be that its a single gear and its a high gear which is fine if you're riding on a flat surface, but the minute you start going up a hill, and you start to slow down, it's very hard to pedal the high gear to assist the electric motor...no gears is the only bummer, my wife will struggle with it on any hill.

The size!
I did not order this trike from Amazon & am waiting to send it back as it is to big for my wife who has short legs. I like it. This thing is the King Kong of trikes & will really move out. I put about 1.5 miles on it with some had some rattles but I think it was the fenders which were just tightened temporarily. The fat tires take 20 lbs & are awesome. I wish I could say more because did not use it enough to really give it a full review but the reason I wrote what I have is because of the size. This is not like a liberty trike. Kind of like taking a baby Dino out of the box. That is another ++ as it was wrapped up like a mummy & everything ok. We ordered it from the Goplus company in CA. The delivery service would get a "0" if I was giving a review on it.7-23-18Since I gave this report I am adding more data as I have thought about keeping it for myself but it has developed a rubbing noise which has been hard to figure out if it is a bearing or what. After taking it to a bike shop this is their analysis:"Wheel bearings creak on turns as well as brake rotors rub on calipers while turning. Bearings and calipers move freely while not under pressure possible cause could be flexing."I am in the process of sending it back but the makers do not want it back. Also, a big con is the pedals are only about 3 inches off the ground and you will stub your toe sometimes if not using toes on the pedal or will catch on anything high they pass over unless you keep them horizontal. The pros are it is fun to ride being very powerful & fast. The big thing I have learned the reason why a lot of trike makers limit speed is they are easy to tip over. I have been testing this trike without fenders or basket.Charles7-27-19 Review continued:I have continually told the Gymax Corporation in CA that I want to send this LEMON back & they keep offering money to keep it. They told me you can buy bearings for it at your local hardware. I strongly advise against buying this trike as there is NO warranty anywhere I could see. Here is your warranty: "we will help you" I thought buying it from Sears was safe but they are going out of business. William in the above review is correct as far as receiving a bike manual. The person I have been dealing with is evidently from China. Hindsight is very painful sometimes.Regretfully paying the price,Charles8-18-18Since I have taken the trike to different bike shop where the trouble I have been having was diagnosed as loose spokes as he showed me the wheel would wobble side to side. After a week I got it back & no noise so put the basket & fenders on. However, now I have a noise in the front which comes & goes but I think I have solved it as when it starts I tap the brake & it stops until further down the trail. I think I can live with it if something else doesn't happen with it.Charles
