Great collection
Bought this box set as I was after a copy of Sabrina and it worked out more economical to buy this and get all the other films, essentially for free. Sabrina is a great re-make of the original and tells the same story but with more emphasis on Linus' character than Sabrina (don't know whether that is down to acting or directing). But that is what makes it interesting to watch and to compare to the original. Both are great films in their own rights.The bonus here is that you get some more of Ford's other great films too for no more money than if you had bought Sabrina by itself. And these are not second rate movies - Witness, K19, Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger and Regarding Henry all make this box set a no-brainer !

Good box set
Good box set. I bought it second hand on here and one of the discs was badly scratch dd but still played. Not ideal but oh well. Good box set though

Harrison Ford collection
I always liked Harrison Ford as an Actor, and these are a particularly great bunch of films. I'm not a film critic, so I'm not going to offer opinions about Ford's version of Sabrina, over the original, but for pure entertainment, this is a good collection - all of them enjoyable watching - not a duff one among them. Great value for money

On the contents of the Harrison Ford Collection
This box has six very good Harrison Ford films for a very good price, so for that I'd recommend it.However, beware:The DVDs of Witness, Patriot Games, and Clear and Present Danger are all the old DVD versions (even though the picture of Witness on the back of the box is a picture of the special edition DVD).- Witness was recently remastered so there's a better DVD with more extras in circulation than the one that's in the box. (Although the old DVD - the one in the box - does have a short interview with director Weir that's not on the newer DVD, apparently.)- Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger received a modest special edition treatment a while ago, and I expected those to be in this box. The releases in the box don't have any extras besides the trailer.There are plenty of subtitles on each DVD, but see the website 'DVD Compare' for all the info you need on that. It's not the same set of subtitles for each DVD though, it varies. (I should also add that there are also Dutch subtitles on the Clear and Present Danger DVD, which is not said on either DVD Compare or the box itself.)I gave the box only 3 stars because I think we should have got the best available DVDs, but other than that, it's highly recommended.

Value cross section of Harrison Ford's older films
Value for money is the name of the game here. I also have and review a sister collection featuring Richard Gere and gave that 3 stars also, not so much about the films themselves but on the quality of the packaging and presentation.The outer card slipcase is a little flimsy and the individual slimline DVD cases do not even have individual age certificates except for a blanket "15" on the box, though the films range from PG up to that.I bought the set for Sabrina and Witness, so the remainder (K-19 The Widowmaker, Clear & Present Danger, Patriot Games and Regarding Henry) which I'd all seen on TV, were bonuses.A brief synopsis for each film is on the back of the box but there don't appear to be any/many extras - I'm not into these myself, so it doesn't bother me though subtitles are in more languages than in the Gere collection and include most languages inc. Croatian & Turkish, though typically, differ from disc to disc. Transfers seem OK and ones I played, did so without problems.Those wanting Ford's best films, such as The Fugitive and his Spielberg action matinees, will be disappointed, as they're not included. But, otherwise, a goodish, modest collection that's more about value than the quality.

Used copy was good value
I like to watch films I remember from years ago. I wanted to watch Regarding Henry again but to buy a single copy was more expensive than this used box set which also contained Sabrina and Witness which I would also like to watch again, so it seemed good value.

harrison ford.... all superb
this box set is great with several classics and a couple of lesser known films i had not seen elsewhere.have always been a fan of harrison ford who never seems to act in rubbish films either through great personal or agent discretion.brilliant boxset and fantastic value for money.keep it up amazon,vicki harrison
