Tasty blend could have done with abit more Sumac or salt in it.
Good quality, authentic appearance, everyone who tried it liked it, I sprinkled it on cheese, also mixed it with high quality olive oil forming a paste to spread over good bread, tasty, I could have done with it being a bit more tangy with more Sumac in it or even salt.
