Great device it gets really really cold and reallly hot too. Battery lasts a great amount of time. Fit is pretty solid I have some trouble trying to find the perfect fit sometimes but it’s overall pretty good. Connectivity through the app is easy and simple I like it a lot.

Not cheap but this device provides convenient heat and cold for your shoulder to take care of aches and pains and to help with recovery. No need for separate ice or heat packs. I use it daily so it is worth the investment for my shoulder.
