I loved putting this little corgi together. The instructions were easier to follow than most of the micro building blocks and I love the way the pieces slide together to keep it stable.

Instructions are slightly understandable. A lot of pieces would not come together. I will be returning this item.

It's a cool idea. Would be very cute. But the instructions are not easy to follow. The pieces are hard to get together. If it came with a sort of base plate or something that would probably help.

i had a lot of fun building this Schnauzer Dog Building Blocks Set by AHZILEI. Why? Because I have a miniature Schnauzer that looks just like it! I'm familiar with these types of blocks, as I had done one similar but those blocks were micro and very difficult to work with. This kit's blocks were much larger and much more "doable" for my large hands.7,100 pieces can be quite overwhelming but it really isn't once you get into it. i really love the "layering" of these blocks as opposed to the traditional building blocks. To me, they give much more of an "alive" look, a 3D look that traditional block builds don't in a way.I love how simple this build is: two bags, only three pieces (single, double, triple), and four different colors (grey, white, black, and pink). One bag contains all the triple pieces (white and grey) and the other contains the single and double pieces (white, grey, black, and pink).With other traditional block builds, I'm used to having a large book that is the instruction manual. This came with a single sheet, a poster if you will that was front and back. At first I thought it was a mistake but after reviewing it, there are only 20 steps to completing this Schnauzer.All the steps were laid out great and you knew exactly what you needed to do for each step. Each step starts from the bottom up (instead of top to bottom), so be sure to follow each layer closely. I will say, I caught myself starting on one layer but then somehow finishing the piece with the layer that was above it. Catching that before putting the layers together was very helpful.All pieces slid right into each other with ease; on occasion, there might be a few pieces that didn't go in smoothly but that was probably due to me going too fast. Please note: if you've made a mistake and try to get the pieces off, sometimes they will simply not budge no matter how much force you use. I found this the hard way and wanted to start over on a section but couldn't get the blocks from one another and wound up breaking one into small pieces. I was worried that there wouldn't be plenty of extra blocks, but I can assure you, there are plenty of extras so no need to worry about that.I worked on this over the course of three or four days maybe two to three hours at a time. I'm guessing the total time was six to seven hours total but I wasn't rushing and taking my time. Remember, this bad boy's 7,100 pieces.This was a lot of fun and would recommend it to any building block fan out there who hasn't tried these type of blocks and the layering technique.

I got this as a birthday gift for my son. He loves pandas and was absolutely thrilled!

I've started using these more than Lego. Price is more reasonable for something I only put together once. Fun to out together. Looks good.
