I thought GLP-1 was supposed to help you burn fat lose weight, why is it not working for me? Having issues with constipation using this product. I drink a lot of water and I just don't know what else to do. I've used another GLP1 product and didn't have any issues with that product.

After finishing one container of this product and enjoying reduced appetite, I ordered another. For some reason it has been less effective for appetite control and has been upsetting my stomach. The first container did not cause any digestive issues.During the time I have been taking the new container, my next subscribe and save order arrived. Upon comparing the containers, I noticed two different manufacturer names: Nwiorte, which was the name on the original container (as well as the recent S&S shipment) and Lugshin, which is the one causing stomach upset and not curbing my appetite as much. The label descriptions are different as well - see photo.This is perplexing and I do see that other reviewers have posted photos of the product bearing the Lugshin name and different label claims. The ingredients list is the same on each, but I am now wondering what is going on.Tomorrow I will stop using the Lugshin version and start back on the Nwiorte one to see if the situation improves. In the meantime I will seek an alternative product since this one is unreliable and a bit suspicious.EDIT: Stopped working. Appetite is back and worse than ever. Maybe that is a byproduct of this type of supplement, or it could just be me, as I experienced a similar peak and dip with another brand. However, I still find the brand name change to be shady so I have officially moved on.
