Works well hot or cold.
Works well hot or cold and doesn't take too long to freeze in the freezer. For that reason, it is good when you need a cold compress. When the compress is hot or cold, it lasts a sufficient amount of time. It is comfortable to wear, easy to use and worth the price.

Perfect ice blanket
This is a life saver. Not too heavy, easily foldable & quick to freeze. Stays cold for hours after a good 3-5 hour freeze. Really good size. Wish they made a bigger one. Will be getting more. Great, great buy.

Great support for back aches
Nicely designed and 2 gels provided. Fits well in the pouch provided and wearing arround the waist is easy and Fits well. The belt with the pouch for the gel is very useful, this stands out with other products.

ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT, EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!
This is my 3rd XL Magic Gel ice pack, I use them on multiple body parts throughout most of the day. It's one of the largest and coldest on the market and I've got a freezer full of others to prove it! They have an excellent product here that's superior to almost all of them especially in this size & price range. It stays cold for hours gets cold quickly and stays pliable when frozen. I wish they came with a removable cover,. No one makes them for this size, there's a couple that are close enough but $15-$25 for them is ridiculous, when they're mostly just a pillow case with a little velcro, a fold over closure! MAGIC GEL please make an affordable cover and sell it with the ice pack.
