seems very sturdy, easy to install (although instructions are NOT included for that), easy to rekey (instruction ARE included for that), opens and closes smoothly. important note: since we were replacing an almost identical kwikset lock this went in so easily. (but we've learned the hard way that switching brands can result in a lot of extra cutting the door or frame.)

So far the door handle is working great. It is nice and tight. Looked like what I expected and matched up nice with what I already had. I can't really comment on the lock as I don't use it. I use an automatic dead bolt instead. The two times someone else used it on accident it seemed to work fine. So I would say I am very pleased with this product. Now hopefully it will last longer than a year.

I like it very much. It seems well made. The only reason I deducted a star was because the written (AND online) directions were not at all helpful. Once I searched online YouTube videos and found the proper one, I was able to install it successfully, but the frustration was real. The fact that the screws are hidden was my only real issue, as I have installed lots of door handles before.

I bought a set here and at home depot for a couple of bedroom doors in an ADU build I was working on, and it ended up working out really well. The matte black finish looks really clean and modern, especially with the black and white doors—it actually stands out in a good way without looking too flashy. Installation was pretty easy and straightforward, nothing complicated. The key works as it should and everything feels solid once installed. Overall, I would say I would buy this again if needed in the future.

We had a shiny brass knob that got discolored in the outdoors. I think this will continue to look good over the years. I like the lever both on the interior and exterior to make it easier to get in and out of our garage with our hands occupied. It was very easy to key this to our existing keys. It works beautifully. Good quality product.

The packaging arrived a little beat up but everything was intact and included. I was having trouble reversing the handles to fit my door, until I put the two handles together and turned the lock to the unlocked position, then I was able to easily remove the handles using the allen key to switch them. Hope this helps. High quality build feels and looks good.

Paint started wearing really bad within a year of regular household use on all 3 purchased. Loved the look and price but not enough to replace yearly.

Very rugged lever lockset. I bought these because they include the 'Smartkey' which allows interchangeability with Defiant (Home Depot) brand without locksmith rekeying.
