My second flat iron in 15 years
Packaging came dented because Amazon sent it in a paper packet instead of a box. It thankfully didn't damage the flat iron. This is my second ever Chi. The first one lasted 15 years. This new one feels just as nice and lightweight.The flat iron itself blinks while heating up and turns solid once ready to use. It heats up quick. I have very thick 2a hair that this flat iron takes like a champ. It doesn't pull on my hair or feel uncomfortable. I have never once had a problem with it burning my hair. The dial wheel for temperature control is a nice addition my previous Chi did not have.If you are looking for a budget friendly and reliable, simple flat iron then this is it! Treat her with care and she will last you many years.

This is the perfect travel flat iron. It is lightweight fits into a tiny spot in the travel bag. Heats up quickly and stays consistently hot at the same temperature.The Chi was affordable and shipped as promised.
