Easy to cut with scissors or a box cutter to get the precise amount you want. The provided 3M tape has held up well. I attached some to my pickleball paddle almost three months ago and it has held up perfectly. For reference, I play between 10 and 15 hours a week. This is a good product at a great price.

Who knows? It’s a little like buying a new paddle that’s a supposed upgrade from the one you have. You get it, play poorly with it to start because it feels different. Then you get used to it, and play well again. Are you actually playing better? Hard to say.The tungsten tape is the same. It does change the paddle and how it reacts with the ball. It takes a bit to get used to, so at first it’s not so good, seems you’re playing a bit worse. Then you get used to it, and you’re playing well again. Are you actually playing better though?I don’t know, but it’s a lot cheaper than buying a new paddle. If you think it really helps, great. If not, you’re only out $10 and you can pull the tape off.

Weighted tape works very well, adhesive is excellent

This tungsten tape is a good product, comes as a small roll, and is enough for a couple of pickleball paddles. I am using it on the throat at the 4 and 8 o'clock positions. I just want to help stabilize the paddle while dinking and enlarge the sweet spot. Since the tungsten is non-toxic, you can handle the tape without worry. You cut it to size and after peeling off the paper cover, paste it in place. I put some electrical tape over it for added protection. It seems to work as I hoped. Good buy.

Tungsten separates from thin double-side adhesive tape if you try to remove and re-adjust. Otherwise, works just fine on my pickleball paddle. So, just not that once you've stuck it on, thats it.I've also used the more expensive Selkirk and other brands and those use better adhesives which are more forgiving in allowing you to remove and adjust the tape.

Great as advertised

It was weighty and the perfect size for a 13mm paddle. The 3M adhesive worked great.
