Really surprised at the quality of the mattress. Very comfortable, I would say medium firmness and a good depth. Delivery was very quick and mattress came rolled in a box and was easy to open. Definitely excellent value for money!

This mattress is quite possibly the best I have ever owned. It is comfortable, provides the perfect level of support and is firm and well balanced so you don’t feel you’re sinking into the mattress. I used to suffer from a stiff back and neck with my previous mattress but this one is a hybrid memory foam and spring mattress which makes it a pleasure to sleep on and I don’t wake up with aches and pain. I also love that it is reasonably priced and NixNap provides a 10 year warranty which gives me peace of mind that it will last the test of time. I can honestly say I look forward to sleeping on this mattress every night and it feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud!In the packaging, you’re provided with a small cutting tool to prevent cutting into the mattress - this is very thoughtful and considerate. It looks like they’ve thought of everything when putting it together, even the small things.

The 9-zone design genuinely makes a noticeable difference, I could feel my weight being evenly distributed, and I no longer wake up with that persistent stiffness in my lower back.The memory foam achieves an excellent balance, neither too soft nor overly firm, providing just the right amount of cushioning. It's particularly relaxing after a demanding day of coding, even when my youngest decides to climb all over me during story time. Additionally, I’ve realised that I’m disturbing my wife far less when I turn over at night, thanks to the minimal motion transfer. The edge support is another practical feature, making it much easier to sit upright when tying my boots before a morning hike.That said, waiting a day or two for the mattress to fully expand after unpacking required a bit of patience, though the vacuum-sealed packaging made it much easier to carry it up the stairs in our flat. Took a little time to get used to our new mattress. But after a short time we are enjoying a good nights sleep. The firmness is just right with no roll together and the edge support is very impressive. We bought it on the recommendation from our daughter and are very pleased. Would definitely consider buying again in the future.

I was looking for a mattress at a reasonable price but very cautious because all mattresses have a different feel and I didn’t want something too hard.I looked and looked and of course price was a big factor… I narrowed it down to two mattresses I found on Amazon and this was my choice. I am so happy with it, the quality of the mattress is amazing , very comfortable and very happy with my purchase.It is so soft on the top layer but not too soft, it’s got that right balance. I do honestly recommend and really thinking about it….which is why I ordered it, you have that 100 night trail so even if you didn’t like it, you haven’t lost anything because they would take it back under that trial so win, win.Purchase yourself one, you won’t be disappointed.

After using this product for a week, I can confidently say it is awesome. The delivery process was seamless, with a well-packaged box that was easy to carry upstairs, thanks to its vacuum-sealed design. After unpacking, it took a couple of days to fully expand. Fortunately, there were no unpleasant odours to contend with. The top layer feels soft, and the firm support underneath seems to be alleviating the tension in my back, which has caused occasional discomfort in the past.A notable feature is how well it minimises motion transfer, I can move about without disturbing my wife, even when the dogs jump onto the bed during the night - this is particularly useful! In the mornings, the sturdy edges provide solid support as I sit to put on my running trainers. It does feel slightly softer than anticipated for something described as 'medium firm', but it remains very comfortable. So far, it seems to be holding up nicely, however, I will keep an eye on its long-term performance to see how it fares. It gets a big thumbs up from my wife and I.
