Pilmpton L2 Portable Car Display Review – A Great Addition to My Tata Nexon After doing extensive research and reading through many Amazon reviews, I decided to purchase the Pilmpton L2 portable car display for my Tata Nexon. I’m happy to say it has exceeded my expectations. Installation was quick and hassle-free. The mount provides a firm and stable grip, keeping the display secure even on bumpy roads. The screen quality is impressive, with clear visuals and smooth performance. One of the standout features for me is the wireless Apple CarPlay — my iPhone connects within 10 seconds of starting the car, and everything works seamlessly. It’s made driving more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product. It delivers exactly what it promises and adds a modern touch to my car.

Plimpton L2P is a great product for converting wired Android Auto or Apple Carplay into wireless and providing a ton of useful features on top. It's 9 inch display is bright and clear, also the touch sensitivity is smooth. Its a game changer for older car models which donot have a touchscreen or even Bluetooth. I am using it in my Swift Dzire which lacks both Bluetooth and touchscreen display, but after installing it my car, my car dashboard is now feature packed. Additionally it has support for a reverse parking camera which integrates seamlessly with the system, it's a bonus for me. The installation is also pretty straight forward, plug and play, no special skills required. First time pairing process is simple and well guided as it appears on the screen with step by step instructions. It connects automatically the next time you enter the car. Connectivity is seamless, no issues with Google Maps, Spotify or other Music streaming app. Mobile mirroring feature is another good feature where you can cast your phone's screen on a big 9" Display and enjoy video content. Its bit costly but feature loaded, given the discount coupon and other card discount it was still affordable. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

The screen is bright and right sized for a head unit. Once you connect apple carplay/ android auto you feel your driving experience has been made even better. The quality of the screen is great and has a smooth and interactive interface. It instantly auto connects on android auto/ carplay and there is no hassle whatsoever. Also, the mounting options with this head unit are great and reliable with no rattle or flimsiness. The greatest thing about this unit is that it retains the OEM music quality that you cannot get from any other aftermarket infotainment system out there. Loving it so far!!!!

So it’s been a while u am using this product ..I would like to give a 5 star rating but the reverse camera quality is not up to the mark .. When we are trying to do mirroring having difficulty ..either it should be also connected to Aux cable to the car ..if we try to connect it to Bluetooth of the car it will get disconnected and the mirroring will not work Initial stages it was little uncomfortable to do mirroring with ..Once mirroring is done it works great .another thing is i have connected the reverse camera while driving reverse the mirroring will stop working and it will not connect automatically..we need to manually reconnect it again . If o try to connect it to car Bluetooth for the audio when mirroring ,it is not working ,it will take back to the original screen ,initial set with iPhone was easy rather than android phone ,sound quality of the instrument is not good ,but once u connect to your car speaker via Bluetooth or aux cable it is good , fit is good , I would say there is sound quality and camera quality would be better .Camera quality is really not good . Instead we can buy the screen separately and the camera separately and attach to the screen . Overall the product is good but the camera is not good .

A perfect companion for long drives. It has day/ night mode, Reverse camera, good quality charger with cable. It can be dash mounted or can be mounted on wind shield. Recommended item for car lovers.
