Hydro Restore is an effervescent vitamin & mineral food supplement with electrolytes and green tea extract. This product is especially suitable for those who may lose a lot of sweat in hot climates, during intensive exercise, or for patients who have suffered from diarrhoea or other clinical factors that cause electrolyte depletion.
Hydro Restore contains sodium,potassium,calcium, magnesium and zinc. These minerals and electrolytes may help replenish the body's water and salts. Electrolytes are mineral salts including magnesium, sodium, calcium and potassium. They are dissolved in our body's fluid and are lost when we sweat during exercise or in hot climates.
Hydro Restore contains B vitamins for energy and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. ln addition the product has sodium to help with water retention for hydration, with great tasting natural green tea extracts.

Love these. I have been finding it hard to get some hydro tablets delivered to Spain as many suppliers will not deliver there, but these ones did. I only ordered one double pack as I wasn't sure if I would like them, but I loved them and so went on to order another dozen packs to keep me going for the foreseeable future in my running. Thoroughly recommend!
