delivered Sharp and great feel
I got them for my son he is 27 and is in the Kitchen at a nice place. he has worked in the industry since he was 16.He loves the feel and the weight. He heard from his Chef that they can be difficult to sharpen but that should also mean difficult to dull.I got a sharpening unit and am hoping this will help.
