I've purchased Slane Triple Casked Irish Whiskey multiple times through Amazon, and it never disappoints. At 70 cl, it's the perfect size for savoring over a few evenings or sharing with friends. The triple casking process gives it a rich, balanced flavor profile – notes of vanilla, spice, and a hint of fruit, with a smooth finish that's not too peaty or overpowering. What really stands out is the value; it's a premium-tasting whiskey at a very reasonable price point, making it an easy repeat buy. If you're into Irish whiskeys or looking to try something new without breaking the bank, this is a winner. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Nice enough if you can get it at the right price.

I bought a lone bottle of Slane Triple Cask Irish Whisky a few weeks ago at GBP 20.99 and opened it yesterday, and had in mind to give the characteristics some real consideration. The product descriptor was quite poetic "Smooth with notes of oak and spice, each sip represents a journey through the wild countryside and the chance to uncover the subtle layers of the whiskey’s complex character" so I gave it a go with a dash of water and a solid cube of ice. I was pleasantly surprised with good company, so had 2nd and 3rd helpings. It's smooth, like Irish whisky's are. I didn't get the spice, but the woodiness comes through nicely. Colour is quite toffee as described. It's subtly warm and makes one feel nice- thoroughly. Here's the thing...I can't get over the black bottle, even up to the light, and it's hard to judge the amount left. That confounds the experience a little. Other than that, it's a quality drop of well-rounded Irish whisky. It will be a while before I try again, as I have a few whisky's on my list to try first, but wouldn't dissuade anyone else from given this nice blend a go.

First tried this in Australia believe it or not. Loved the taste as soon as I tried it there was no “another couple and I’ll get used to it” in my opinion a good indicator. It’s quite smooth and reasonably priced. Not been able to find it in the shops so I’m so pleased to have found it here.

Dieser edle Tropfen hat mich vom ersten Schluck an verzaubert und mich mit seinem unverwechselbaren Geschmacksprofil begeistert. Die karamelligen Noten in diesem Whisky sind einfach unwiderstehlich. Beim Öffnen der Flasche strömt einem ein wunderbar süßer Duft entgegen, der die Vorfreude auf das erste Glas steigert. Bereits die Farbe im Glas verspricht ein besonderes Erlebnis - ein warmes, verlockendes Bernstein, das Lust auf mehr macht. Der Geschmack ist ein wahres Meisterwerk. Die karamelligen Aromen umhüllen den Gaumen und entfalten sich sanft mit jedem Schluck. Es ist eine wunderbare Balance zwischen Süße und einem Hauch von rauchiger Komplexität, die dem Whisky eine bemerkenswerte Tiefe verleiht. Die Karamellnote bleibt auch im Abgang präsent und verleiht dem Gesamterlebnis eine angenehme Süße. Die Textur ist glatt und seidig, was den Genuss noch angenehmer macht. Ich empfehle, diesen Whisky pur oder mit nur einem Tropfen Wasser zu genießen, um seine subtilen Nuancen voll und ganz zu erfassen.

Sono passato agli "Irish" da qualche tempo e, dopo aver provato diversi prodotti, tutti dotati di forte personalità - proprio come il paese dal quale provengono - ho provato questo, attratto dalla descrizione e dal tipo di lavorazione. Mai scelta fu più felice! All'inizio forse un po' ruvido in bocca, ma piacevolmente complesso, aromatico e delicatamente dolce. Si accoppia molto bene con il cioccolato. Apprezzato da chi ama i whiskey non troppo secchi. Unica nota: l'errato calcolo del prezzo. La bottiglia costa 39,90 e tra parentesi riporta lo stesso prezzo al litro, facendo intendere che la bottiglia sia da litro, mentre invece è da 0,700 ml! Credo sia opportuno correggere. 4 stelle per il prezzo: forse un po' caro.

A teriffic whisky but the delivery from Amazon sux. Their driver lied that they couldn't deliver suggesting it was my fault. I was at home and there was no attempt to deliver.
