James WellbelovedFish and Rice Kitten Food 1.5 Kg

The cats absolutely love this product !! They munch it like there's no tomorrow .. and to be fair, it smells quite strong, so it must be full of feline nice things rather than plain biscuits !!I often order the fish one, and the fish can be smelt from just holding the bowl let alone sniffing, no wonder the cats like it.This is my go to brand for training kittens to eat dry biscuits... sometimes I use just these, sometimes I mix in with more plain biscuits. I find when i use these their growth rate is good, i dont get straggly small ones.The biscuits themselves are small, and although dry food they feel they have an element of moisture in them.The kittens took to it straight away, and grew to a nice healthy size fairly quickly ... so from me and them, its a yes !!

The first thing noticed on opening the bag was the strong fish smell. I feel pleased about this and confident of good quality, as I have never experienced such strong fish smells from other leading cat food. The kittens were driven crazy with the smell; they were trying to climb the kitchen units to get up to the worktop when they smelled the food. They don't react quite the same with the turkey flavoured pack.They purred their little faces off whilst scoffing wholeheartedly from their bowls so I am assuming it has the kitty seal of approval.I was surprised at how small the pieces are, they are small - smaller than the turkey flavoured pieces. I don't hear as much crunching, so am not sure their teeth are getting much of a clean.That apart, the food looks, smells and according to the boys, tastes excellent!

My two 6 month old kittens absolutely love this food. I’ve had my dogs on James Wellbeloved food for a number of years, and it’s always given them such vitality. Had to give my kittens the same brand and have not been disappointed. The smell of fish gives me peace of mind that the food is full of goodness. Their eyes are glossy and their coats are shiny. Nothing but natural products on the ingredients list. If Pixie and Gemima could rate their food, l’m sure they would give 5 stars.

This is good quality kitten food, both of my kittens have shiny coats. Be aware though that these are very fishy smelling and have made my flat pong a bit, for this reason I'm going to switch back to the turkey flavour next time. Good quality food though.

Kitten loves this , in fact this is the only dry food she will eat .. She even prefers the fish over the turkey! My kitten is strong and healthy and gaining weight perfectly. I have recently added a cheap wet food for variety but her main sorry consinsts of this. S
