I used this a few times so far and I love it. It’s soo nice, it is great for anti-aging and it helps with break outs. I love that I have different use options whether it’s for anti-aging or for clearer skin. The battery is very good and I’m glad It has an extra one so you don’t have to worry about constantly charging the same piece. It’s also worth the money; you don’t know you need this product until you get it !

I used to use a small handheld red light therapy but got really inconvenient having to hold it for 16min or so moving it on different areas of my face. Then I found the INIA mask and love it. It fits well but if it's on too tight it will leave some marks around the nose area. I use the blue light in the morning and red light in the evening as part as my down time. I find it very relaxing. I only wish they had an automatic timer that would switch off at 10min usage. I use my timer on my watch. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

the mask didn't power up anymore after 3 months. INIA immediately sent me a replacement after contacting their support. Very happy about the experience and their support.

I love the mask but regret buying the wireless version. It’s supposed to be more comfortable than the wired version but you have to make it soooo tight to stay in place. My sister has the wired one and it comes with a better back strap and is way more comfortable. I don’t know why you didn’t do the same back strap now it’s just horrible.

This mask is definitely not made for small/slim faces. If you have a skinny nose bridge or just a small head in general, you should get the Aurphany 7-in-1 face and neck mask instead (has a gold butterfly design). This mask was so uncomfortable because the eye shapes are for people with very specific cat-eye shaped, so my more round-almond eyes did not work with this. You can remove the eye pads, but then it’s very bright, so that negates the whole being able to use it while multitasking aspect. Sorry for the creepy pics, just trying to keep some privacy - but you can see in the 2nd one, the teal “spots” are where my eyes are - one eye is almost completely covered, and also that eye pad kept popping out of place like that every time I moved even slightly. In the 1st pic, if I put the mask where it’s supposed to naturally sit on my face with my mouth centered in the bottom opening, it completely covers my eyes! But when I pull it down, then my mouth gets covered. The last two pics show the deep indents left on my face from the eye pads digging in - that was just with a 10 minute treatment. I didn’t even have it as tight as it could be. I know this sounds whiny but for $100+ I expect better quality and more universal fit, or at least other eye pad size options. The wireless magnet battery function is great tho, but otherwise this was a huge fail. Of course since I am returning after 2 uses, I can’t say whether the red light effects work 🤷🏼‍♀️ I got the Aurphany face+neck mask thru Amazon for cheaper, it also is wireless (it does have a wire to the remote, but that’s it—once it’s charged you can walk around with it), has a remote with a screen to see which light color you’re using and set a timer. It’s also cuter!!!

I've had this for barely a month and it’s going breaking down. It still works for now, it if it falls apart so quickly? The expiration date on this product might as well be one month.

La compre en enero y es agosto y ya no sirve, pregunte si se puede reparar y no tengo respuesta... :(
