Really cool new idea
This is a high-quality, well-made umbrella with a host of features. The reinforced fiberglass ribs are strong and durable, which means you don’t have to worry about this umbrella breaking on you, especially during high winds or rain. Also, the UV-resistant vinyl coating means you can use it as a parasol on sunny days as well. The main advantage of the inverted design is that it prevents the wet side of the umbrella from dripping all over the place. The auto-open/close feature is a major time-saver, too. With the push of a button, the umbrella opens and closes, which is very convenient when your hands are full. And the handle is ergonomically designed, so it's comfortable to hold for long periods of time. The design and build quality are really good but some people my find it to be heavy.

Mini in size but not in features
This umbrella is definitely a cut above others even in its price range. It feels substantial especially when extended out. I wasn't able to really test its wind durability but I wouldn't have any doubts that it would do just fine. It opens and closes as well as other umbrellas so no problems noted there. The size makes this very convenient to put into a purse or bag so you can always be prepared for inclement weather.Added 4/6/25:I really got to put this umbrella to the test while traveling in Japan. It was cold, rainy and really windy. This umbrella was a champ! It was easy to carry around in my backpack so I didn't accidentally hit anyone with it while on the trains. When I needed it I just pressed the button and it popped out and automatically extended quickly. Another press of the button and it contracted so I could wrap it up neatly and push it back in. It withstood the high winds really well but on one occasion it didn't... BUT when the wind won it would contract and fold back up like I was ready to put it away. I don't know how it does that but I thought that was amazing!I am now going to buy another one of these it was so impressive!

Compact and Durable Umbrella
I ordered this umbrella to travel with and to keep in my vehicle in the case of rain. This is a lightweight and compact and good quality umbrella with decent wind resistance. The umbrella looks as nice as it is functional. One button to open and not a lot of resistance to close it.Great product.

best idea ever
We've all dealt with umbrellas that drip all over the place once you get inside and close them up. I'm not sure why it took so long for someone to come up with this idea, but it's the best one ever! With regards to it's function as an umbrella, it's what you expect from a compact umbrella - easy to carry and only large enough to keep the rain off your head & face, and maybe your back. But it's not golf umbrella size that keeps your whole self dry. Just like pretty much every umbrella out there, it's got a quick release button - release the band holding it wrapped up and hit the button and the umbrella automatically extends & opens. What isn't standard is that you can hit the button again to *close* the umbrella. Yep... hitting the button triggers the umbrella to collapse within itself all on it's own. Then you just have to wrap the band back around it and push to retract the shaft.this is one of the umbrellas that closes in reverse so that the water folds inside instead of it running and dripping all over everything once you've gone inside. The canopy material appears to be a rubber coating on the standard canvas umbrella material, making sure that the water doesn't just seep through. It's especially great for when you get in your car because you're not just spraying the water everywhere when you pull the umbrella inside the door.

Heavy in a good way!
This is so much better quality than most umbrellas that I've purchased recently.+ The fabric/material feel stronger and thicker+ More metal frame supports than other umbrellas+ Reinforced FIBERGLASS ribs- not plastic or thin metal.+ Robust open AND closing mechanism+ generous coverage/sizeThis is a strong sturdy umbrella that folds up compactly. When you pick it up, it's weight tells you this is made well.
