Lovely and very comprehensive
This books is lovely to hold and to look at and display on a shelf. Gorgeous cover design.I love that it is so comprehensive in providing step by step instructions on how to care for ourselves and strengthen our connection with nature. It’s like a little encyclopedia.I love love love it, highly recommend.

Content is excellent, book printing is not.
I enjoy reading good books and purchasing the ones I really like. Highly disappointed with the print on the outside of this book. The front and the spine are horribly off. Makes me not want to purchase books through Amazon. Where is the quality control and why am I paying full price for a messed up book? Considering returning and ordering from an actual book store.
