Worked like they should
Just got these in today and had a rear tire to put on my 2017 DR-Z400SM. 140/70 17. Took about 30 minutes. The hard part was breaking loose the original tire. The first owner didn't ride much...1500 miles in 4 years. The two spoons worked great...just had to finesse it and use plenty of soapy water. I ordered a second set, that will be here tomorrow. I'll keep them, but they are not needed...I only have two hands. Frankly, any more wouldn't have helped. If you are a rookie at this, the trick to putting the new tire on is to work from the far side with your knees on the tire to keep it in the center of the rim. I Just had to replace a tube, so putting it back on was just a couple minutes. Anyway, these are nice looking tools that are plenty strong for the job. Any longer and it would be in the way. Again, this is a technique job, not a strength job!
